YA cell groups play a very important role in the overall life of the ministry.
Cell groups Our cell groups are growth groups. In the cell groups, 1. we seek to nurture every members through studying the word of God so that they grow in their knowledge, understanding and application of God’s word in their lives, 2. and we pray for and reach out to our friends who have yet come to know Christ.
The cell group forms the context for the spiritual growth of the Young Adults. It is a place to connect fellow brothers and sister to one another, to God and to His word, so that together as a body, we can obey and fulfill God’s vision for our church and hence for our own lives. In so doing, we encourage and spur one another to work towards God’s best for our lives.
Whenever we organize events at the Young Adult Ministry level, the cell groups are the platforms where we mobilize our members to pray and to invite their friends. These friends that we pray for regularly in our cell groups are the immediate community that we are reaching out to.
Cell group Leaders The cell leaders play a critical role to help the cell group fulfills its purposes. To help the cell leaders fulfill their role, the cell leaders come together every month for a time of praying and training so that they can be better equipped to serve their members.
